[Caevlist] promoting EV charging stations in Corvallis area

I agree with Charles, that it would be advantageous to have a fast charger
in the area. I charge at home, but with the S+ Leaf with the 62kw battery
it takes a long time to charge, even at 240v. It would be nice to know that
in a pinch I could access a fast charger.
