We have a schedule! Also more details about the swap below. 

Leaf 24 kWh to 40 kWh Swap Saturday 3/2 starts at 10AM. 
Come by anytime, there will be a break for lunch at some point with little going on. 

Ken Vandehey of our group has a 40 kWh battery from a 2018 wreck to swap into his 2012 LEAF. 
Yay for a massive range upgrade!

We already verified that the 40kWh battery shows to be in good shape by connecting LEAF Spy with an adaptor as shown here: 
https://github.com/dalathegreat/Nissan-Leaf-Battery-to-OBD2/blob/master/README.md

Also, we got the needed Dual Port CAN Bridge from AliExpress and the ST Link V2 programmer. We plan to program it using these instructions here.

If anyone at the group is windows and firmware flashing Savvy and wants to help with that, it would be welcome. Else I’ll boot up an old windows on VirtualBox on my Mac and flash the new code.

Plenty of overflow parking is available in the main driveway and the next two driveways to the south. 

Charging is available: J1772 at 30A, 120V, 14-50's and three Tesla high power wall connectors.
