In Oregon, the owner has first right of refusal and often that’s a pretty good deal. Maybe someone local either wants to fix it up and use it, or use it as a base for a conversion of a classic car. </div><div><br></div><div>If you know what the insurance buyback value is, what model F150 do you have?
