[Caevlist] CHAdeMO to CCS adaptor

Hey,

We made the mistake of buying a 2021 Nissan Leaf without really
understanding that the CHAdeMO charging system is on the way out.

I can't find a source for an adaptor so we could charge the Leaf utilizing
the much more widely available CCS or Tesla fast chargers. If any of you
come across a reputable source for an adaptor, please think of us.
