[Caevlist] Chevy Volt error code and help

One of the people who works for Transport Evolved has an older Chevy Volt
(2012 I think) throwing an error code (P0AE9).

They need some help with knowledge about the code. They've gotten some good
ideas about it, and it looks like they're going to need to lift the car and
drop the battery, so they need a lift and ability to safely drop the
battery out.

They're in the Portland area, so if anyone has some contacts up there, or
within a reasonable range it would be great.
