I plugged in after a trip to Portland tonight and my 11 year old Blink 
made an unusual clunk and rebooted.  When it came back, it said 
"charging delayed" with a time about 10 min in the future.  I waited 
past that time inside and saw it wasn't talking on the net, went out, 
and found it saying "charging delayed" with a time about 10 min later 
than previous.  I power cycled it and after it booted, touched "charge 
now" and it went blank and sort of rebooted, but just a blank screen, so 
I unplugged it and plugged my portable charger into the outlet the blink 
had used.

I've been thinking about upgrading it from 6kW to 10kW anyhow, and I 
think it just convinced me ;-)

I'm inclined to get a non-tesla charger so it'll work with any future 
car, in particular, the Grizzl-E smart charger:
