[Caevlist] '05 Prius battery low cells

Can a Prius battery of that vintage be rebalanced or have cells or modules
replaced?  Atomic Auto reports the HV regen ECU failed and 3 cells more
than a volt down in said Prius.  They want to replace all for $2700, which
probably isn't unreasonable, but not sure an '05 is worth it.
