[Caevlist] Lightweight Electric Delivery Van

This was my shelter-in-place project.  I was lucky to have space in my
garage (and Kirk to borrow a chop saw and welder).  I met Erik in Portland
who had the basic idea so I offered to build a prototype while he refined
the CAD model.  I ordered a pile of steel and we worked out the details as
I cut and welded.  I am currently waiting for the drive system that is
being shipped.  I hope to be driving it around Albany soon.
