Hello,


Please find attached a more descriptive flyer about the event and what EVs have been lined up to appear, along with those still listed as tentative.

Attached is an information overview that's current as of 9/17/2019 at 2:15 PM.


The plan is to have the EVs park along the west edge of the parking lot, adjacent to Elm street, in the yellow shaded area of the image below.  Please back in straight rather than angle parking, and try to leave about 8' between each vehicle for room to have doors open and people moving about.  EV drivers, please arrive between 11:15 and 11:25 as feasible... later arrivals graciously welcomed.
