I don’t have a LEAF but I’ve done it in the Focus which has similar range.  Range meter showed only a few miles left at the top but I shut off and restarted before heading down to reset.  By the time I reached Hiway 34 it calculated something like 146 miles remaining (based on driving pattern).  Of course this rapidly dropped once I stopped going down hill but the point is that you get back most of what you spend going up.  It’s a nice drive.
