I note that Chevrolet has begun new offers today on both the Volt and the Bolt (amongst substantially the rest of the Chevy models), valid until 4/2/2018.  Both vehicles can be driven off the lot for nothing down if you own or lease a 1999 or newer non-GM vehicle.  This offer reminds me a lot of when I got my 2012 Volt for nothing down and $199 a month back in September of 2012.
