That is an excellent price. Its always handy to have an extra meter. 
 
Do you know if it takes AA batteries? I could not find that information. 
 
I like using rechargeable batteries. Its easy to forget to turn them off.  
Most meters turn off after a while but it still goes through batteries.

Accuracy of any clamp meter at thousandths of an amp will be difficult to  
confirm without calibration. In my experience they all drift a few  
hundredths.
